Prachtig sfeervol hotel, super gelegen in de naaldbossen op 10’ wandelen van het bergdorpje Vilaflor. Mooie SPA met alle voorzieningen. Aangenaam restaurant met typische gerechten.

Very conveniently located for walks. Staff at reception are very helpful providing lots of advice on walks and things to do. Several walking paths start at the hotel itself. The gym and spa are very well equipped. The restaurant breakfast is fresh tasty and healthy- there is a a la carte breakfast menu with various eggs cheeses sausage options as well as a buffet of fresh bread, fruit, nuts, spreads , cheese sausages etc. The chefs are amazing- the a la carte cooking is top notch ! The rooms are very comfortable and serviced very well each day. The hotel stocks Reverón wines which is owned by the same family who own the hotel - the wines are high quality and very reasonably priced , it is worth touring the Reveron vineyard that you can take a long hike to from the hotel. This hotel is right for those who want to do walking and appreciate nature and good food - not the type of place for a noisy party animal holiday. The roads leading up to the hotel are very winding and we did not like driving on them in the night so made sure to be back at the hotel by around 6:00 pm each day. It would be nice to have more English language options on hotel TV as well football channels like sky sport.

Amazing!
Staff was excellent and highly motivated. Spa facilities were nice but not super-modern, still clean and cosy. Room and restaurant lovely, food in restaurant was expensive but nice and local. My babygirl was happy all over.

L'hôtel est en bordure d'un village pittoresque et au milieu des arbres. Dans une ambiance cosy, le personnel vous accueille avec soins. les chambres avec balcons sont confortables, la salle de bain est dans un style retro. Le restaurant propose des plats variés de qualité. le SPA est bien équipé et propre. C'est une halte idéale pour un moment calme en couple et pour rejoindre le parc du Teide.

We’ve been in the hotel several times and it’s always a pleasure and can’t wait for the next one! The surrounding are amazing and the lovely people working there make you feel like at home! Also the restaurant offers a nice selection of food and dishes

Fuimos a un brunch y al Spa. Maravilloso, el trato recibido por Roberto , el recepcionista y por Vicente, el camarero,fue lo mejor. Amables y serviciales. Todo el hotel muy bonito y lo mejor , que tranquilidad, solo se oyen los pájaros. Por cierto viva Arico jajajaja y un saludo a Johny el gato , precioso y muy educado el gato

Das wahrscheinlich schönste Hotel auf Teneriffa
Es ist ein ruhiges, traumhaft schönes historisches Hotel mit einem wunderbaren Ausblick vom Balkon auf den Garten und den Pinienwald. Alle Räumlichkeiten sind kostbar und komfortabel eingerichtet; besonders zu nennen sind hier auch die vielen Bilder und die schönen Fliesen im Badezimmer. Der Eingangsbereich mit den Blumen, der breiten Holzttreppe und der Galerie hat uns sehr beeindruckt.
Das Hotel besitzt einen schönen Spa-Bereich und eine wunderbare, weiträumige Gartenanlage mit vielen Liegen zum Relaxen. Der Service ist excellent; z.B. auch das freundliche, persönliche Willkommen, das Restaurant und der Transfer per Taxi zum Flughafen.

Baja en calidad
El entorno del hotel ayuda al descanso, la decoracion navideña, de forma especial la zona del salón chimenea, es impresionante. Pero la calidad de la cena respecto al año pasado ha bajado. El spa poco atendido, solo funcionaba el yacuzzi.
